Position Summary: While maintaining the highest degree of integrity, this at-will position is responsible for being the primary contact for residents and future residents. Additionally, this position is responsible for leasing homes, renewing leases organizing resident events, and ensuring effective communication and strong relationships with residents, prospects, and vendors.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: The following list of responsibilities is representative of tasks required by the employee, however, should not be construed as a complete list of responsibilities the job may require.
- Lead office, model, and vacant unit opening and closing procedures.
- Possess thorough knowledge of phone systems utilized in office.
- Respond to all phone and email traffic.
- Greet and tour prospects and guests.
- Qualify prospects and ensure proper data entry on applications.
- Prepare lease documents for signature.
- Collect deposit, application, and rental income.
- Maintain accurate reporting and updating of leasing files and ledgers.
- Prepare move-in gifts.
- Assist with market surveys.
- Assist with in-house and outreach marketing efforts
- Assist with training new leasing associates.
- Ensure adherence to all safety policies and procedures.

- Possess a working knowledge of property management software and computer skills such as AppFolio, MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
Education/Experience: Requires High School Diploma or GED and at least one year of property maintenance experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
